The flexi rate is 10% more of the standard rage no deposit is required — just a card for guarantee. 
Cancellation and/or modification are possible up to 7 days before arrival for free.
-From 6 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay will be charged
The credit card is required as a full CVC number guarantee.
